Use unique access, review permissions, keep software and devices current, follow provider guidance, inspect terminals, and train staff to recognize suspicious activity.

Do not send sensitive data through ordinary contact channels
Never include cardholder data, bank credentials, tax IDs, Social Security numbers, or passwords in a website message or ordinary email. Ask for approved secure instructions first.
